In recent years, Kelly has returned to work in pastels. While glass making has taken away from this art form, time has allowed Kelly to make pastels again.
Like other art she creates, the use of color and technique make these pastel paintings come to life. Pastels have been one Kelly’s favorite mediums. Whether a landscape, or portrait or still life, the fun of bringing an image on paper with pastels satisfies an inner creative desire.
